Great, efficient teamwork from all the workers there. Angela(?) was extremely helpful in helping us understand the deals available and ordered us a new living room set. The other gentleman (I believe the manager) even gave our son a free teddy bear! They were very patient with our son's whining as well. :D We were very happy with the service and willingness to get us the best deal possible.

Just picked up my new washer and dryer and couldn’t be happier! Went in last minute Saturday, asked a few questions and left in a hurry. Angela worked with me quickly, answered everything and was incredibly pleasant! Excellent communication and answers over the phone. Greg did a stellar job of loading my truck and making me feel safe to take them home! And Kathy for providing me updates along with way. Amazing customer service. Thanks to the entire team, really pleased with the experience on this purchase and will definitely be back for the kitchen appliances!

Recently purchased two fridges and stove from Greg, and today a freezer from Shane. Excellent service experience from both of these fellows. Went in looking for a new fridge to keep vegetables from our garden and eggs from our new chickens. We were helped right away and shown the best options for what we needed. We were in and out in 10 minutes with our purchase complete and since they had the fridge in stock we will be picking it up tomorrow. Great customer service.

I bought a Brada 13.5 cubic foot upright freezer a few months ago from the Brick with Angela as the sales person. She was helpful in every step of the transaction and a pleasure to work with. The coordination of the delivery from Edmonton to Mundare was smooth as was the removal of the old freezer, downstairs, and the transporting of the new one, same place. It was heavy and a bit awkward, so a call out to the delivery personnel. This is the second item I've bought from The Brick and each time, the people have gone out of their way to assist.
