This is by far my favourite Structube location in Edmonton. When you visit this place, look for Kelsey, she is awesome and goes above and beyond to help you with what you need. This place has a great customer service, lovely decors, and amazing prices!

Great looking pictures of nice furniture on the website but ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN STOCK WORTH THE PRICE, If you're looking for something specific FORGET IT. You'll have to drive to each location (website does not help and they don't answer the phone) and look for the items they do have in STOCK for %1000 the markup price or you can look at pictures on their website of furniture they DO NOT HAVE. Good job guys.

Long story short: I placed my order the beginning of August. They oversold the end table I ordered which made my coffee table late too because they don't ship things out separately. My order went from being ready immediately, to being ready in September, to being ready in November. I'm sure if I didn't cancel it, I would probably never get it. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Pretty terrible experience. The bed I ordered is now over 3 months late, past the delivery date they quoted me. They're being terribly uncommunicative, not really providing any updates without spending hours on hold, and taking weeks to respond to my emails. When I do get responses, they're taking no responsibility for the situation and saying there is nothing they can do it fix it. It also looks like they're deleting negative reviews from their website. I really don't recommend shopping with them.

I have been calling your WARRANTY PHONE NUMBER (1-877) for over 3 weeks… every day I wait 45 min to be hung up on. The couch that I brought is VERY poorly made and uncomfortable. I even waited over 1.5 weeks for a response or help after talking to a store manager (Skyview, Edmonton). I have asked for the area manager's, NO help because is was a COVID online purchase and there is NO area manager... I have sent countless emails through your warranty, NEVER any response. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU DO NOT STAND BEHIND YOUR PRODUCT.
