Lakeland College

Power engineering online. Not able to see exams to understand where mistakes were made. When I talked to instructor I was told to go on facebook for help. After a few emails (involving more of the school staff) he finally told me he was going to look at my exams and get some feedback to me (Part A). That was in February and I still have not received any feedback. I finally completed Part B 3 weeks ago and still have not received my certificate to continue to ABSA. Very disappointed in their program and will continue my power engineering elsewhere.

Nice campus,but faculty is quite rude as compared to other institutions,especially rsidency staff never help on requests just some other instituions provide better services

Very disorganized. Billed me on December 20th without submitting a receipt. I called to get a receipt but the phone message said closed until January 3. I called on the 3rd and they were still closed so I followed up with an email, with no response. I called in the next business day, got a receipt sent to me via email, and went to allocate it through my work. Little did I know they were supposed to send a till receipt. I reached out for a till receipt and they said they mailed the receipt in January 6th I'm very disappointed that they billed me on the 20th of December and 16 days later they mailed me the receipt. If I had a choice I'd go with a different provider for my pestice license but sadly the alberta government sole sourced lakeland.
