I wasn't from Cold Lake but made me feel comfortable and at home. They provided me with the proper services I needed. I enjoyed my visit very much the staff were understanding and very friendly there service is great and if I'm in cold lake when I file my taxes next year I'd return definitely.

Went in prior to tax season to ensure we didn't owe, they said we were fine, turns out they don't know what they are talking about they were wrong by over $6000. Do not ever go here.

Next time I'll be doing a "walk-in" instead of setting an appointment. Very unprofessional and unorganized.
