absolutely Terrible, made several mistakes on my brothers income tax return, made an error and he said that he couldn't fix it right away becasue he didn't have a CD to make correction, what on earth? he's expensive and Very unprofessional, not truth worthy after he made these errors on my brothers income tax. Don't even consider them, do it yourself online, cheaper
