I want to write a HUGE shout out to the St. Albert staff who are working at the Morinville Tim's this morning, (December 9th). The lines have been crazy all morning and they are working hard to be quick, efficient and kind throughout it all. Please show your appreciation to this wonderful team! They deserve it

Drive thru is supposed to be convenient, waiting in line for so long then get to the window for my latte, and I'm directed to park in the front until it's ready and they'll deliver it to me... It's a latte my friends not a meal, I understand fully that your corporate office records how "fast your transaction times" are, however I feel this is cheating the system at the expense of the consumers time. This is not ok. After having recieved latte I drove away before tasting it and come to find that it was pure g flavored steamed milk! No coffee added at all!!!

Went through the drive thru today to grab some lunch. Ordered a bacon potato soup. Got my order and went back to work. Opened the bag and low and behold there is a chili inside the bag. Not surprised as most of the time I go thru the drive thru my order is wrong. Alas, I digress. Thought well okay, I will eat the Chili. Got a quarter of the way thru it and couldn't eat any more. Tasted off. Gave it to my son and he said the same thing. Tried to call and no answer. Today's tip, don't eat the Chili.

I have no idea what’s going on at this Morinville tim hortons location. For the past week and a half they have failed to open at 5am like it says they do. Some days they are open before 6 and other they are not. Yesterday they were open but the food tasted like it was sitting on the counter all night. Very disappointing. Not very many places are open in Morinville before 6 for coffee. I can imagine this location is loosing a lot of money by not being open before 6 am. For ppl like me who don’t pass another tim Horton on the way to work, it very disappointing. I really hope the workers there before did not get COVID and this location goes back to open at 5 am again.
