I reside in another city and called the store with intent to inquire about the possibility of prepaying for purchases as gifts and arranging for them to be delivered. The Sobeys representative, Kyle, was friendly, thorough, and explained the options I had. He went above and beyond to ensure the items I was looking for were in stock and set aside, plus verified the anticipated delivery locations to ensure the best location selection. I got exactly what I needed. Certified organic green onion to make egg salad. That will be on pumpernickel for my flight to London Gatwick. In and out in 5 minutes.

The staff at this Sobey's are ALWAYS fantastic, super helpful and kind. I always enjoy chatting with the cashiers as they efficiently and carefully pack my groceries. I am a super critical person, but honestly have no complaints about this Sobey's (ok once a young staff member was standing around chatting while my cashier really needed help to bag and he was supposed to help me take out my groceries as I had 2 carts, and was too busy chatting so I ended up taking out one cart coming back and grabbing the second and doing it all myself while he stood there!!! but that was one experience out of hundreds and I don't see him there anymore anyways :))

I always make a point of calling in at the store when I'm in st. Albert they always have some really good prices on meat
