Wanted to try these cupcakes, will not return. Pros: staff was friendly and helpful and the cake part of the cupcake was pretty good.
Cons: frosting tasted oily almost like moisturizer...it was terrible!
My girlfriend wanted to show me this place for a cute Friday night hangout and the service was horrible. The only girl working sat in the back when we came in and did not greet us. We had to ask for her attention after 5 mins of not being serviced and she was quite fussy about it. I managed to sneak a look while at the cash register and it seemed that she was preoccupied with school work and was chatting with someone. Time and place for everything, leave your stuff at home and focus on work. Not to mention, she seemed underdressed. Wearing sweats, hoodie, and sandals. I talked about this with my girlfriend (who is a regular at this shop) and she said that this was normal. Is this a business or a place where etiquette is not upheld?

Not the usual standard. Went and bought 6 cupcakes today when they opened as it was for my granddaughters birthday. We are used to very moist and yummy melt in your mouth deliciousness. Not today. Even the 4 year old didn't finish hers. They were dry and a little tough. Hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come as usually they are amazing. Wish I had gone to Safeway. For the price these were awful
Have to say cupcakes although extremely over priced, were ok. The woman that served me , I do not think she likes people. I was excited to get out and try these, a sweet fix in physical distancing seemed like a great idea. Very disappointed, don't think I will be back. I appreciate a little human repoire when I spend my money.
