I deposited a cheque for 5362 dollars with a bank teller which never showed up in my account, I went back to the bank and asked the lady at the front desk about the issue and she confirmed it wasnt there while promptly trying to get me to leave. I asked for a manager and was informed they were on lunch, I asked her to call the manager to resolve the issue as I was on the clock at work. The manager tried to take my number and call me back instead of dealing with the issue promptly. I was made to wait for nearly an hour in the lobby before the manager finished their lengthy lunch break instead of dealing with thousands of dollars being misplaced by his employees. I have never had issues at other branches of ATB, but at this one I was met with a condescending tone and made to wait for an extended period of time even though the fault lied with the bank. Bank elsewhere if you'd like to be respected.

Always professional and courteous. Very willing to offer advice but also respect your needs.

I have banked at this ATB since 1983. They offer quality customer service plus if all wicket staff are busy, other employees, loans officers, supervisor, manager etc. will provide service.

The bank staff here are very helpful and respectful and don't try to push services on you that you don't want or need but try to understand what you need and match with what you need
