Edmonton Public Library - Jasper Place

People should know that library staff were very courteous, very patient and understanding. Very helpful and kind. Any question I had was answered nicely. This is the ideal library. Ideal location and will definitely be coming back for more books. In terms of size however, it does feel smaller than other epl locations but they can get you anything you need from every other location anyway. Give two good thumbs up for this epl location.

It's nice and quiet. Limited access and limited staff available but you can easily pick up items that you pre-order online.

This pandemic affected hours using computer. I wasted my time and effort because i got caught up with the allowed time unable to save my document. Asked the staff for extend a little bit of time to finish but got denied. Computers were not busy at that time. Staff talks so laud with other staff seems like not in the library. I saw a person not wearing a mask as well.

We love the library. A great public service!
