Wawanesa Insurance

Terrible service. I applied for home insurance through my broker and they did not respond in time for my mortgage deadline. I ended up paying more for cooperators but do not regret it. Cooperators had it done in an hour and I feel confident that I am covered. Will never try Wawanesa again.

Such a disappointing insurance company all they want is money, they don’t keep very good records and very hard to get ahold of worst insurance company I have ever had the displeasure of being apart of I advise everybody to stay away from wawanesa

**Update** I'd like to thank the management for reaching out to me and helping me resolve the issues with my claim. Everything was dealt with very quickly and fairly once they were involved. Thank you much appreciated. The worst insurance company hands down. You pay and pay and pay thousands into insurance but do not expect to get paid for any claim through these fraudsters. Highly recommended to NOT trust wawanesa as your insurance company. 10 years of paying into house insurance and 1 claim of a stolen camera out of a vehicle and there's no way they will cover it. Disgusting how they can rip people off.

Useless. They took my mothers car and moved it to another city without premission or even a notice. They didn't gave anyone a chance to get our stuff out of the vehical and they can't find any of our belongings, belongings of which we know are in the vehical. They switched the agent who was on our case with out a notice aswell so now no one knows whats going and calling Wawanesa is as usless as hitting your head into a brick wall. Also still don't know if the vehical is written off.

Not happy! Brand new truck was stolen then recovered. Should have been a write off but they absolutely refused. Been with this company for 30+ years. After all this time and money there is no consideration for customer satisfaction!
