Purolator

Apparently the people working at Purolator don’t know how to use a phone since I’ve been sitting on hold for over 20 minutes now. I tried calling to ask about a package that’s out for shipment but got no response which is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. UPS and Canada post provide much better service over all.

The lady was very kind and polite. Friendly attitude. Helped me with the computer info needed and process of sending my package and out of the kindness of her heart she threw in an extra ice pack as it was a package containing insulin for a family member that they forgot when they were here visiting. I was stressed about the package having to travel so far as the package needs to stay cold for the duration of trip. It really eased my mind and I just thought it was a very kind and thoughtful gesture on her part. Thank you GP Purilator. I will use your mailing service for all my parcels from this day forward!

Our delivery driver is superb but some of the procedures i have come across are flawed at the branch. Our shipment was delayed and it was a couple days behind. I went to the depot and tried to pick up the parcel before it left for delivery. I was refused this service even though the truck had not left the depot yet. I then offered to meet the driver at a location so i could get it myself and expedite things on our end. I was then refused this as well. I then asked for them to contact the driver and see if i could get them to drop off the item as soon as possible. That was refused as well... I am more than a little disappointed that the parcel was delayed for over two working days for no given reason and then i am refused any attempts to expedite with no extra effort or time spent on their behalf. Overall i have had no reason to complain about their service but this issue did show a flaw that needs correcting somehow.

Super rude and treated me ignorant. I don't ship packages very often and went in with the package wasn't aware I needed some numbers and when I told them I would have get hold of my employer to get them they scoffed. I than was filling out the paper asked them if they could give me a hand they acted annoyed. The only. Reason they are not getting a one star review is their delivery people are very nice.

I tried buying a desk on Amazon and when it shipped the truck didn't call or come in the building, then they tried delivering my package 3 times with the correct buzzer code and now I have to pick it up like 6 days later I would give Purolator a 0 star if I could this company is a joke AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
