Friendliest people I know in town

Usually the service is reliable and convenient.

Its completely normal for businesses to fill out forms so that their employees can pick up the mail. I have done this a couple times. I sign the form my boss turned it in. I went to go get the mail and couldnt recall the box number, asked them if they could look up what my box number was...and they refused! Rather rudely as well laughed with another customer when I walked away. Claimed that it was due to the privacy act that they couldnt give me my own information...That doesnt make any sense! (Keep in mind I also had my I.D). I even asked them what they would do if my boss came in and forgot...and same remark! Told me he would have to find the information else where...Now if that doesnt make any gosh dang sense. I mean its laughable!

Slow, grouchy, arrogant. The workers make you feel like they're doing you the world's biggest favour when in reality they can't wait to get back to the coffee and cigarettes!
