Do you think this is worth $15? lol...
One of my favourite burgerhouses in Edmonton
While the food was great I was stunned by their inability to accommodate a simple request. We purchased a few hundred dollars worth of food for pick up. All regular price items... except one order of spicy tuna rolls. It was during their social hour, however they would not let me order them for pick up. Social items are dine in only. Fine. When asked if they could simply charge me full price for them they said no. They didn’t have a button on the machine for that. I asked if they could punch in the dynamite roll and just tell the kitchen to make the tuna roll. Nope. That wasn’t an option either. I can not believe that when willing to pay full price for something that was available on the menu they were unwilling to do so. I know this is a really petty little thing, but I find it endlessly frustrating when there is an absence of common sense in what is a very simple situation. What business refuses a customer’s offer to pay more for something that is on the menu? I worked in the service industry for a decade and the only time we told a customer we couldn’t accommodate them was if we didn’t have the ingredients.
Went there a few days ago. The service was good. Food came out fast. Would go back.
Good food and drinks. Great Happy Hour deals. Sage is a fantastic server.
