Starbucks

I asked for NO foam and I received an inch of foam. Why don’t people who work at Starbucks actually listen to what a paying custom wants. Total attitude from the counter girl as well. Zero customer service and not friendly at all. It would also be nice if you ask if someone wants their cookie warmed up as well as give them the cookie they asked for...didn’t even give me the right cookie.

The photo is an example of when less is more. With frappuccinos, usually the whipped pokes out of the top. On the drive home, it usually ends up making a mess. The barista leveled it off before he gave us the drinks. The end result: no mess. Thanks!

Starbucks has great darkroast coffee keeps me going like a ever ready battery.

I have a joke name as my Starbucks name, staff commented on that and also my shirt and said a few hurtful words. Please note that I heard everything and will not be returning.

They make my special latte order perfectly every time!
