I go to this place on a somewhat regular basis. I always order the same exact thing almost every time. Today I ordered 5 sausage egg and cheese sandwiches and 5 hash browns. Instead what I got was 4 egg and cheese sandwiches. So I had to order one more. I also ordered a box of donuts. They gave me the box without any tape to seal it. So as soon as I got out of my truck it almost opened up on me. So when I called to complain the manager said that I wasn't charged for the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Just for what I've gotten. I'm not satisfied with this what so ever!

I am here at least once a day in the drive thru. Definitely have my favorites. My issue is that I feel staff need to be cheerleaders for the rewards program. Never once have I been asked for my app to scan, when I’ve given it to them after paying I was told it didn’t work after you paid (even more reason to ask for it first!!) I never get the activated extra points offers. It’s just a drag. At Starbucks every staff member appears to really want their customers to get free stuff and are cheering them on.
