By far the WORST Tims in Victoria. The staff are miserable, they get orders wrong every time I go in and it never looks completely clean. Avoid this one and go a bit farther down Esquimalt road to a much better Tims.

I love the employees. They definitely care about their customers and regulars. They always make my coffee right. Food is always good. And great teamwork.

This location has horribly slow service. Been here 3 times and there's no motivation from the employees to move with a sense of purpose. Very disappointed.

If you’re wondering where the worst Tim Hortons in Canada is, look no further. Incredibly slow. Staff just hanging around laughing and goofing off with each other when there’s a huge line. The supervisor was making jokes and ignoring customers. It was like a bad comedy of errors. I felt like somebody was gonna pop out with cameras and tell everybody it was a social experiment. Dear owner, show up to your location and watch your money being burned by maladroit teens.

I have waited for 10 minutes just to place an order in a nearly empty restaurant at 2.30pm on a Saturday. 4 (!) employees walked right by me and no one looked towards the till! I tried to get someone's attention, and one person's reply was "I'm just a baker". As I asked for assistance again another employee named Austin walked by and told me "to have some patience". Finally, a third person took my order. I asked who the manager was and requested to speak to him/her, Austin told me he "couldn't give out that information". After the 6th time asking if I could speak to the manager or someone in charge, he told me the manager was off and there was no one who could address my concerns. When I waited for nearly 25 minutes to get a box of Take 12, Austin put in on the counter right in front of me in complete silence! No apology whatsoever! It was ridiculous! The worst customer service ever! Esquimalt can do better than that!
