Multiple problems with our order. Food was fine.

Coffee might be great, but there's no breakfast sandwich that does NOT contain meat. Sure, you can have one without it, but you're still paying for the meat! VERY disappointed.

Rating: 0/5. I am *extremely disappointed* with the Esquimalt BC McDonald's. I get two teas in the morning at other McDonald's restaurants on my way to work. This morning I was late so I stopped at the Esquimalt restaurant instead. At all the other McDonald's restaurants that I've been to, when I ask, they will give me a paper bag with one of either the (newer) light cardboard two drink holders or the four drink tray inside the bag. I ask for a bag because I have to walk about a kilometre to work. If I carry my drinks using the four drink tray only, the tea leaks out from underneath the lid or I end up spilling one of them. Today, it was like pulling a hen's tooth to get a bag. It was as if the employee paid a hefty price or her life's savings for each bag out of her own pocket or bank account. I was told that the bags were not for customers who either come into the restaurants through the drive-thru's. Basically, I was told that these bags were not for anyone but the Skip drivers. A bit of an argument, and me telling her that I can get a bag elsewhere, and she finally gave me a bag and left me to put the drinks and the four drink cardboard tray in the bag. This is totally unacceptable customer service. If a customer asks for a bag, there is a reason. I shouldn't have to fight for one or justify why I want a bag.

They have been giving me free coffee for being a health care worker. Thier coffee is honestly really good and underrated. McDonald's is getting a bit more expensive so I only get stuff when there is coupons. This McDonald's does it well though quick and accurate.

It's McD's so what do you expect? Food like substances for a cheap price. If you're lucky you get to see the zamboni during the drive through.
