Great location to downtown. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. There is also a couple museums close. Parking is free right outside of the hotel. The hotel is cozy, bed was comfortable. Loved that there was a restaurant that connected to the hotel. It was pretty good- lots of locals.

Excellent place. Location right in the heart of the town. Place is clean, staff are very polite and always quick to please. Room was big, modern, quiet, comfortable. Be aware, walls seem paper thin, stayed on a Saturday night, pretty noisy hallway, etc maybe a bad night?.... anyway, would probably stay again.....pros out way the cons.....

We had a very spacious room for the 2 of us and our wee kitty. It overlooked the alley (or street?) but was actually very quiet. The beds are amazingly comfortable. It took a couple of minutes for hot water to reach our room, when showering, but the water pressure is amazing! One little nitpick thing is the room looked renovated but it was like they forgot to do the bathroom ... No big deal as that didn't affect our stay, just something to note if that bothers you. Also no fridge or microwave in the room, maybe in others? A/C worked great albeit a little loud but most are in hotels. Great location for the hotel and free parking onsite. We would definitely stay again if passing through.

The best room I stayed in the entire trip (out of about 12 different accommodation locations). The room had two separate bedrooms! Excellent location as well. Would 100% book here again if I'm ever in Revelstoke again.

We arrived at the hotel at 2pm. Check in not available until 4pm and no exceptions. However, we were traveling on our motorcycles, so they let us store our gear in a locked room. After 2 hours of waiting around to finally check in, then we were told that our reservations (through Expedia) did not exist and there were no other rooms available. The below average rating is simply due to the fact that no one bothered to even check the reservation status before having us wait around for a couple of hours. I gave 2 stars as the front desk clerk at least located another room for us at a sister hotel, although on the outskirts of town.
