This place is a rare gem. Barry and the rest of the staff are true artisans of their craft (pun intended). These folks look like they really enjoy what they do and it is reflected in minute details of every item served. My only regret is that I live so far away. Their gin is by far the best on the planet that I’ve had. They make a whiskey which I was lucky enough to sample. It comes through similar to a scotch comparable to the likes of a Dalwhinnie. The gin is smooth and flavourful with hints of rosemary. Try a smoked old fashioned and enjoy the show. This atmosphere is classy and confident without being pretentious. They know what they’ve got there and they’re willing to prove it humbly. You are doing yourself a great disservice if you do not visit this establishment. Truly fantastic.
We had great, potent cocktails, and the bartenders were happy to make our favorite classics even though they weren't explicitly on the menu. They also poured us tasters of a few of their liquors, which was great. We ended up leaving with a few bottles of their creamer, which is amazing if you can catch it in stock! Gin was also fantastic 🤘
