Horrible customer service. Ordered from the website and paid for same day delivery. Didn’t hear anything from the company until I reached out 4 days later to ask if my order had been delivered. When told no, they didn’t have the right materials to deliver it 4 days prior. I was baffled they didn’t reach out to me to tell me this and asked to be refunded what I paid for expedited shipping. My request was ignored but they said it would be delivered that day. I followed up the next day and it still had not been delivered. When I inquired they placed the blame on me and ignored my request for a refund.

I'm so pleased that I found Bloomex. I live in the Mid Atlantic US and my mother recently moved from Calgary to be closer to my sister. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find a good florist, but Bloomex has exceeded my expectations each time I order.
