CABIN FEVER JUNCTION

Lovely little bakery. Such good treats, bread, buns cookies and squares. They prepare sandwiches too and have coffee too. Great service, good food, great find.

Friendly staff. Nice selection. A very nice little bakery. A bit on the pricey side though.

Shocking! Just picked up a baguette thinking it’s fresh - right? It’s not even a day old... It’s few days old and tasteless. So the owner of the bakery called and apologized...she came to the place we are staying at and delivered a fresh baguette and treats. I guess mistakes happen. Great costumer service - Thank you guys.

I always like the desserts there. Very fresh and what it should be. A bit pricey but you pay for what you get. I do not mind paying. Average I bought at least several items. Pies and black forest cake is a must. Eclairs is very good.

What a disappointment. A one star rating is being generous. We drove 1 1/2 hours to tour this area with this bakery was on our list to visit. Well due to covid 19 they are only doing window service. Which honestly I find odd considering they could limit the number of people in the bakery at 1 time since everything is behind glass nothing would be touched...but anyway. A young blonde lady seemed be very nice the beginning but turned out to be problematic in the end. We advised her we were going to be ordering several items and she seemed fine with that, we ordered the 1st few items and we noticed she wasn't marking them down which we thought was strange. She repeated back the order to us which was wrong so that's when she start pointing out desserts and going OK I need to 1of those 2 of those and so forth.... She seemed to think that she could remember everything we're saying but she was doing a terrible job of it. She then went and got a box (finally) and proceed to put things in the box and lifted up the box and said is that what you want? We said well we can't see from that distance behind glass so she brought the box over and we pointed out that she had missed several things. She closed the box and then went got a couple containers added some things and asked us if that was what we wanted at this point we couldn't even remember what was in the other box and what she had given and not given to us and what we had asked for so we just gave up and said that was it. We paid over $40 for order which was fine. We went to our car and saw the young lady who had served us outside on a bench outside having a break which we gather maybe that's why she was in such a rush to get rid of us because she needed to get on her break. We were very disappointed in our experience but thought at least we have some lovely pastries to take home. Well our disappointment carried on as when we got home we noticed not only were a couple of the items wrong... we had never asked for but 3 of the items that we specifically asked for she missed. Not only was this terrible TERRIBLE customer service as we will never to go back or recommend it to anybody else but they lost money because we would have gotten more desserts and paid for more items that we had asked for. Even the lady with 3 young children behind us was just trying to get some cookies and eventually changed her order to squares and they were having difficulty for filling an order for 4 items.....I must admit some of the pasteries we got were very tasty but this experience left a negative taste in out mouth and I/we would never go back. You need to improve your customer service greatly as not everybody is walking up to your location to buy one item which is all this lady who was serving us seemed to be able to handle. What a disappointment.
