Oh my goodness. My first PSL of the season! No issues and yep absolutely delicious!!
Took them 3 trys go get my simple order right. Got attitude from the staff about it. Will never go back to the Starbucks in Hope BC.
The staff here work very hard especially on busy days in the Summer. I want to point out Crystal who stayed polite and courteous this Friday August 7,when it was super busy and customers including myself were being impatient. I was a little annoyed that the drive through was moving faster than the in-store service, but she kept working hard and got all the drinks out. Service industries are hard, I know, you deserve a gold star for your effort.
When it comes to coffee I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks and prefer to support small businesses. However, this Starbucks has good customer service and they are quick.
