Really disappointed in my experience on November 5 2020. All the machines were full and finished, the dryers were full and finished, but the girl just sat there on her phone, and socialized with her friends. The language was disgusting. No one had a mask, and the same people were there two hours later! Are customers who do their own laundry not important? The washers, (when I was finally able to get one, by asking the quite rude girl) were filthy. Softener all over the top ect. The tall blonde lady (manager?)came in and apologized for the mess. She is very nice and had things ship shape in no time. I wish I knew the days she worked, as I would go then. This is a pandemic. Why were there so many people, who were not doing laundry in there? Really disappointed . I think doing laundry here has ended. I was not the only angry client yesterday. What a shame.

Very clean and affordable, machines are very nice. Great service as well, the lady at the desk went out of her way to help me when I was in a pinch.
