Very poor service took another guest in pub to tell me it was closed bartender outside fpr a smoke? Heath very poor service ypu know better

Food was kinda bland and the decor was a bit all over the place. A bit pricey for what I got. Just kinda meh and servers seemed bored and like it was the last place they wanted to be.

So this pub is under new management as of about the time Covid-19 started up. They are now open for business which is more than I can say for some of the neighbouring pubs which may have gone under, not sure but there are still many closed. I say all this as a lead-in to why I gave this pub 4 stars. Suffice to say that they are still ironing out some of the kinks but are doing their best to make it all work under the conditions, and really, cudos to them for the fight to survive. I had a roast lamb (maybe shoulder)with all the fixings which was well priced at the regular $17. Lots of choices for drinks and specials as well.

I have been to this place several times, every single time I have received an excellent service, staff here is very accurate to take my special drink request and they are very accurate every single time to deliver exactly what I order how I order it. Food is very tasty and great quantity. There is plenty of space to accommodate small groups and large groups. Never been seated at second floor, but I have seen it and it looks great for an event with friends, birthday party or office event, you name it. You will find the regular customers here and some lost new customers that I think will find a very descent place to have a beer, watch a sports event and have a bite for a very good price. Prices are very affordable and specials are always a good option. My only constructive comment (not properly a complaint) is that sadly, this place is not open earlier, they open at 3 pm. Other than that, if you are in the area thirsty, looking for a good craft beer option, please visit The Bennett Craft & Kitchen as you will be able to find at least one option from all the craft breweries around here
