A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE :D. they closed early on Dec 24 and the owner had a note to call him for emergency. he came all the way from Burnaby to the shop and I was able to get my shirts for tonight. Very nice person, the service was great, shirts are super clean and Awesome customer service. definitely recommended and this will be my regular dry cleaner. :)))))

Sept 10/18 I had brought 4 jackets to be dry cleaned. The owner stated that the jackets must be washed only instead of being dry cleaned as it would ruin the gortex and waterproofing. When I picked up my jackets, two of the lighter ones had ink marks on them. The owner stated that a pen was left in a pocket that was missed by his staff. Upon further inspection of my lighter jackets I could see that one jacket not only had ink on it but the material throughout was mottled throughout. I spoke to the owner who acknowledged the damage but stated that the $350 jacket was defective and basically we are not responsible or will compensate for their error. Never will I or my wife use this drycleaner again after bringing in a perfectly good jacket that was subsequently ruined. So much for customer service.
