H&R Block

Kevin is outstanding at what he does. I've been to other H&R Blocks before and have had great experiences. However, no one was as thorough as Kevin. He found things going back to 2012 that increased my refund. Highly recommended.

Was my first time getting a professional to do my taxes, so i didn't expect it to be that expensive (was $310 for assessment of 2 years), but they were both super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Made my experience a positive one! Was also pleased they were open during Covid-19.

I dropped my files and they were suppose to call me up to a week later, 3 weeks later I went there and they totally forgot about my files. I sat there by the time she does the job. Usually the same day government receive the info, noooo, it didn’t happened. They sent it 3 weeks after on August 30!!! Last year;, I used sage hill h&R block and they were so polite and fast and informative. The one in cochrane is horrible, it took her to do what everybody does in half an hour in 6 weeks. Ohhh.... man after all, I got a letter from government that I have to pay so and so, since they made mistake in calculation.....!
