City Centre Branch, Coquitlam Public Library

It has great and kind staff. Lots of books, movies, games and other useful resources and stuff. They have several events monthly,online because of Covid19. Overall, it's a great asset for the community.

Lots of open space available, not that busy on a Sunday, however lots of conscientious staff making sure we are safe.

Do not come here if you want to experience friendly customer service. I was kicked out in the middle of my online course and was told i had to leave immediately because i was unaware we were not allowed to sit on the floor. Not to mention there are NO tables set up at all and at other tables you aren't even allowed to have your laptop on them. Other libraries like terry fox library have way more seating available even with COVID-19 precautions. I was not treated respectfully by the staff and loved visiting this library before, but will not be returning.

Library has reopened on 06/22/2020 with excellent social distancing measures in place! A greeter welcomes you at the entrance ready to assist your needs while signs and markers make it easy for visitors to check out and navigate around the library. I appreciate the grab bags already prepared for us to check out by the entrance. There are 5 books in a bag sorted by themes for children to adult. A time saver!

Great place to study, work with computers due to fast internet connection, location is on point. Friendly staff and etc.
