Station of Millennium Line Evergreen Extension next to Coquitlam Centre. Clean station with available digital screens showing when’s the next train coming. There are 4 escalators and 2 elevators. Not giving it 5 stars because it’s extremely busy during peak hours on business days. I’ve been excited for this line extension before it opened, and travelled right at when this opened (December 2, 2016 at 12:00 PM). There was a celebration at Coquitlam Central Station on that day as well, even though it was dark starting 4 PM.
TIP; This is a very busy station anytime before 9 AM.
If you are going on a long ride and want a good seat go north to evergreen and stay in the car, it will empty out there then you pick your seat and head back. It only takes a few more minutes.
Evergreen is only busy early weekday mornings and not for very long.
