I went to go get flowers arranged early in the morning and no one was in the floral department yet. Anna helped me out (despite - I'm assuming not working in the department) and got them all beautifully wrapped for me. I've gotten flowers wrapped at Safeway (and other stores before) and usually it's a half baked job. Anna went above and beyond, they were wrapped beautifully! I wanted to thank her (for making sure it got wrapped up so nicely for the occasion, and not simply with brown paper). I absolutely loved them! Thank you for being so courteous and going above and beyond! Thank you Anna! Thank you Safeway!

Last 3 visits items scanned were different than shelf price. On first occasion the price difference was 2.50 so was given item. 2nd time same problem same item but after 10 minute wait was given price difference in coins. They solved the pricing on that item, Tetley decaf tea, now they just upped the price to the overcharge rate. Guess I'll drive a little further for my tea. Today bought muffins on sale for 4.99 was charged 5.49. No customer service available. Crazy high veggie prices, as a senior thought I would save on waste so only bought 4 celery sticks , cost $2.11. I shop during senior hours but no one enforces the rule. I complimented the two 20 something City Workers on how good they looked for 60. Went right over their heads.
