I used to dislike this place in their initial 2yrs! Started to go back aft Covid for it’s convenient location. Selections and prices both becoming more competitive and better. Environment is always nice and much colder (air-conditioning) comparing to other stores. Super helpful and friendly staffs. Shopping experience is increasingly pleasant!

One of the greatest Safeway's on the planet; good departments such as a deli, bakery, floral, liquor, and produce section, and an overall very large building. Includes a sushi place and a Starbucks. Great option for grocery shopping in the Burquitlam area.

Staff are very friendly and efficient. This location is nicely set up with access to the liquor store and Safeway from the underground. I always find everything I need here.
