I ordered by phone. Alma made the ordering process easy and comfortable.I was able to choose according to the pictures she sent. She also made sure the planters is beautiful before it went out for delivery. My friend loves it. Great experience and great floral shop.

I ordered an arrangement for my son's First Holy Communion. The flowers were just perfect and they last more than two weeks. I went to the store to pick up the arrangement and the owners were very kind and thoughtful about how I would carry the flowers in my car, they helped me with this. I really appreciated their help. Excellent customer service and great value for the beautiful flowers. I recommend Elderberry Floral 100%

Excellent customer service! Alma was so kind and was able to help me with a last minute same-day delivery request. She gave me great suggestions and made the shopping experience really great. Thank you so much - you are going to be my 'go to' florist from now on as my daughter is just thrilled with what you have sent her. I think your prices are so reasonable, especially after my having been badly burned with an order I'd placed with Bloomex which was not remotely like what was delivered. (I'd ordered a plant arrangement and instead a not-so-attractive floral vase was delivered.) Another story, but from now on if/when anyone asks me, it is Elderberry Floral I am going to highly recommend. Your new fan, JD
