Deep Cove Florist

Heads up - this is not real. It’s a generic website made to look real but when I ordered flowers from out of the country to send to family in Deep Cove...they never arrived. The “manager” didn’t answer the phone, their mail box is full, and multiple emails went unanswered. When the Intended recipient went to the address listed, it’s a small market with a cooler of flowers and an owner who has no idea about the website and phone number. SCAM. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. And to the owner of this scam - really?? You’re going to scam people over flowers - which are always sent as gifts with meaning behind them? Shameful.

This is the biggest scam. I ordered a flower delivery to my daughter in Deep Cove for the 25th June for her birthday. I emailed and phoned over 4 times to order and ensure my request was clear, succint and that delivery would be as early as possible on the 25th. I was assured by "Lily" that all was 100% set for delivery. The date came and went and so did about 3 emails and another 4 frantic phone calls from me to try and sort this out. All I can strongly advise is that you stay far away from giving this "company" any business. I will be reporting them to the Canadian Fraud Authority as well as to my own bank in South Africa who will blacklist them. If you want to be stolen from, go ahead and deal with these thieves and fraudsters.

Worst florist ever. Ordered flowers online for $80 for Mother’s Day and they did not deliver. They won’t answer the phone.

Preordered flowers to the tune of 78.00 dollars and they nwver delivered them, wont answer my calls /doesnt seem like a real number for them and stole my money.

I am so impressed with them. I got the best flower delivery in North Vancouver on the same day with this reliable online floral shop. The designers arrange heart winning bouquets featuring freshly plucked flowers for every occasion. Thank you so much!
