What a great experience with Simon at Hepatica. For a big day for my wife at work, I ordered a box of flowers for delivery a day ahead and was blown away by the service, the arrangement, and the value I received. Simon was friendly, helpful, and gave suggestions that ended up being perfect. The arrangement itself was very full and just bursting with colour. Delivery was carried out without a hitch. Overall I couldn't have been happier. As an aside, his box-arrangements are just different enough from the usual to really pop as a centrepiece. Highly recommended!

Hi...I ordered a bouquet of flowers on October 29 in the morning and the bouquet was delivered to my destination that afternoon. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! Simon was cheerful, kind and professional. Simon sent me photos of the bouquet along with the receipt via text. Once the flowers were delivered Simon sent me a text confirmation. I am very happy with the service I received and will order flowers again from Hepatica.

Simon is amazing! his bouquets are absolutely beautiful he always goes above and beyond for his customers, I will ask him the day of for an arrangement and with no hesitation Simon will have the most beautiful bouquet ready for me that day no matter how busy he is, not to mention his cute little helper Hero who will always put a smile on your face!
