Person who served us seems not trained enough to offer good customer service I am not able to write a reply to your response. So I updated the details below. Updated: Went to purchase food// requested to sit in the backward patio // The shop personal brought the food // We requested paper napkins // Personal mentioned something in line "you can go and get them yourself near the cashier" while turning their back on us and leaving. Minimum expectation was to let us know in advance, while paying at the cashier, this information. First time visit to your store and we are not aware of "your rules"!! Good customer service also does not entail personal walking away while we are communicating. Great and smart customer service acknowledges that we might not be familiar with your shop and responds to our request while letting us know "the rules " for next time we visit

The BEST mushroom soup that I have ever had in my life!!! And the Forage crepe and blueberry scone were unbelievably delicious as well!!

We were agreeably surprised to find out that Bluhouse Market & Cafe has a great selection of vegan bakeries. It was hard to pick just one so we decided to try a couple and share.
