The Manager of this outlet needs a course in Customer Service. My wife and I have been using the 2 for 1 meal coupons at this outlet numerous times and each time the staff there just asked us to hold it up for them to scan and told us to keep the coupon for further use as the expiry date was 31 December 2020 and for Covid19 safety less handling was better. Yesterday however, we were served by the Manager of the outlet and when we asked for our coupon back he refused. We explained to him that in the past his staff had always returned these to us. He said he had "no control over what his staff do". We told him that when we visited the outlet on Marine Drive just a few kilometers down the road we got the same treatment. He more or less told us to go there if we wanted to. We did take our business to the outlet at Marine Drive and got good service there. When we explained to the Manager there what had happened at Parkgate Mall, he gave us a new set of coupons. A&W should deal with such arrogant Managers as I for one will not patronize his outlet ever again.

Conscience. Walking distance from school which is inside a shopping mall. However staffs taking in the dining area which make us have to eat close to the chasier’s table near the entrance. They whipping floor make dust flies up while eating🙈

Busy, but no drive thru so you have to actually park and walk in, stand in line, who's got time for that

Cashier attempted to rip me off for my change then argued until I told them to check the cameras. Beware of scammy cashier!

Once again this location has let me down on service. They cannot for the life of them, build a menu item without forgetting something that is part of it. After ordering a3 Canadian classics, they only added one syrup for all 3 meals, as well as forgetting the hashbrown which comes as part of the meal. Considering the high degree of under preforming employees, I will start going elsewhere on my way home for food, after work.
