Stood in line for 15min but it seems like mobile orders are more important than people waiting in line maybe they should open the other till to get more efficient

Awful service. So many issues. The lady who took my order didn’t give me a receipt or a number, so when she called my order I had no idea. I waited thirty min trying to ask employees where my order was. It was actually sitting on the back counter the whole time and the same lady who took my order blamed me for not getting it sooner. ??? I couldn’t have taken it as it was out of reach. Also she said she called my order “so many times” which was a lie. I was waiting there the whole time listening. If she called my number I had no way of knowing because again she didn’t give me a receipt or a number. I also witnessed many many orders they screwed up during those thirty min. However, other employees were very nice and understanding.

Polite staff but unfortunately they dont fill the cup completely. If i need a medium size coffe i order a large one because half of a cup is empty. In addition , their tim hortons point card scanner never works.

They were under staffed and should have been better prepared with a large basketball tournament taking place. It took 40 min to order then 20 to get the food. When we got the food they had to ask me what I had because for some reason they didn't seem to know. Then our order was wrong and the food was cold but I couldn't say anything cause we were running late for my daughter's basketball game so we just had to go. You could see they new things were bad and they didn't even apologize to people.

Worst service ever. The workers don't even care about their job and every time I have gone their food has not tasted great and the lady always messes up my order. Today the lady was extremely rude when I told her that she had messed up my order and she had replied in a very disrespectful manner.
