Bamboo Garden Restaurant

It's been a long time since i came to SFU burnaby mountain on February. Before I always ordered the little beef hotpot. This time I would value 2/5 on the meal. Only a few pieces of beef and the whole hotpot is basically full of vermicelli. I understand that due to the pandemic the quality may be dropped but this change makes me so disappointed.

Barely even food. Why did I just pay $10 for cheap rice and nasty chicken. I don't even know if that was chicken... Literally couldn't even eat it. It was probably a 4:1 rice to chicken ratio. The chicken was rubbery. Save your money and go to Subway instead.

I am a frequent customer of this restaurant. Their food is always so fresh and tasty, my favourite is the spicy fish hot pot I order it like twice a week. Every time I go in, the servers are a bunch of Chinese middle-aged aunties who are always super friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place

My go-to chinese restaurant at SFU. Their combos are worth it for the price with good portions
