Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Staff was a bit pushy for me to order. I was the only person in the restaurant deciding on 4 Blizzard flavours. They were prepared quickly and efficiently. Not a terrible expierience.

Today in the evening I went to DQ and had chicken strips and crispy chicken sandwich. It was very fresh and delicious. good job by kitchen workers. Will definitely recommend this place.

Was in on this past Sunday and witnessed a staff member at the back of the store lick her finger and wipe it around the outside of a cake she was making. She did this three times in a row. I have also seen staff members go from the front till to the back and start touching food without washing hands. Do it recommend this location !

This Diary Queen location does not show any leadership in preventing Coronavirus in the community. Their staff including food handling people do not wear masks, gloves or disinfect high traffic area/ seating tables at all. They were chatting with each other while preparing food for the customers. Droplets from their mouth when they talk might fall onto the food which can poise a high risk of getting spreading COVID-19 to their customers, and further to other people. The way their staff act and the way they run their business have indicated that they don't care about food handling safety in pandemic and thoughtfulness for their customers. I will not go to this Dairy Queen again nor will recommend people to go unless they show their compassion and thoughtfulness by putting on masks and/or gloves and clean & disinfect their dining area and counter as suggested by the provincial health authorities for Coronavirus preventive measures.

This dairy queen has the best ice cream in the lower mainland. I love this place and the management is awesome
