A very busy Starbucks. Can see why. Been going here every day and the service is excellent. Always friendly and always got my order done right and quickly.

Waited over 30 minutes for brewed coffee , was told 15 mins by the barista. After 15 mins of waiting , barista started brewing coffee after changing garbages and cleaning up .Also prior to making order in store, barista was ready to take our order when we walked in and then later started talking on phone, we waited 5-10 mins just to place our order ( only customers waiting to order) . After waiting 20 mins, ( after purchase) my partner left and went to the Safeway Starbucks and ordered the same brewed coffee and received it right away. After waiting over 30 minutes for our brewed coffee, 2 other customers had made orders in the store after us and received their drinks before me. I was very disappointed 😞. I have made a complaint to Starbucks Canada , this is the 2nd time I have received poor service from this location regarding brewed coffee being served in a untimely manner. If you are going to advertise brewed coffee at your location , it should be available brewed ready to go , not just one flavour all the time, especially if it’s your feature coffee such as : Christmas blend! Or if you are going to offer “ pour over” then keep your promise and don’t make your customers wait over 30 mins for a cup of coffee!! 😤 😡

Might as well wait in the 20 car lineup for the drive thru cause its faster than going inside even though we are the only people waiting inside.
