The dealership was very easy to deal with and all the staff work around my schedule. On my 3rd truck from Buist Motors and have never had any regrets with dealing here. Always offered cold water or hot coffee and the staff have being friendly all the time. If I can’t get my truck to them, they always make arrangements to help me. By far this was the most positive experience that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Gord, Murray and Mike were all excellent to deal with. Their attention to providing first -rate customer service was outstanding as soon as I walked into the dealership. I felt that I obtained a fair deal on the purchase and with the trade-in.
