We were hired for roof snow removal at the old agricultural building. We successfully saved the building from collapse. A deal was made by Ken Whitelock (president), for us to do landscaping at the new ag building (under construction at the time), in return for a reduced snow removal bill. This is backed by email communications. We were led on by email about the landscaping for 6 years, then told there wasn't going to be any landscaping done at the new building. They refused to pay the remainder of the original invoice in compensation for not upholding their own deal.

They won’t do what they say, and straight up lie to cover each other’s backs after. Very unethical business practices and shady to deal with.

Awesome facility and wonderful people to deal with.

This place is better everytime we go ..work in progress .. plenty of room ..
