Staff are friendly and cinnamon bun was decent. I last got Cinnezeo from Metrotown mall, and I think I prefer that location since they warm up my bun before serving and their bun is moist and has more icing and also more of a cream cheese taste compared to the Kelowna location. It is about $6 for one bun.

Always a favourite stop while in the mall! Great friendly service and amazing treats! Oh, and great coffee too!

Can't go wrong here if you want a great tasting cinnamon treat! One regular cinnamon bun will fill you up and may even be hard for some to finish!

What a joke .i wanted a half of dozen as they have them for 22$ .i asked for fresh ones and they said they will have to charge me 35 $ as individual. Unless i get them from shelf the old ones .ill never try again .u charge an arm and a leg for them and your service sucks .

Bought a box of for buns, asked if they were fresh ,was told made that morning. Got home and tried one IT WAS VERYSTALE clearly not made the day maybe even two days earlier.
