Fountain Tire

I had to travel 900km after working 12 hours, and had called ahead of time to make an appointment here (half way) for new tires. The roads were bad, I was a bit late, however, Jeff (not sure proper spelling) fit me in promptly. Not only this, the tires I had ordered did not show up due to shipping problems, so he got on the phone and searched every available option, finding me a set of not what I ordered, but better quality tires. He drove and got them himself (within minutes), and my truck was done in under an hour(change overs and balanced). Excellent customer service and fantastic work. Really helped a guy out 👌👏

Not a very good job service was great but they don’t know how to be professional I purchased tires with raised white lettering the tires they changed had raised white lettering on the outside the back tires that were still good and I did not replace had raised white lettering on the outside so why put the lettering on the inside ??? If they were not sure why didn’t they ask what I preferred they lost one of the chrome vale stem caps I had on and replaced it with a cheap one they found somewhere all without saying a word to me now I got to pay more to get it done right

Fountain tire is the best, always willing to help you out of a bind. Great customer service, friendly owners and employees! High Prairie is lucky to have them.

Had a tire with an air leak... they fixed it promptly. Service fast and efficient.
