Terrible customer service. Sales guys misled me. Insisted I needed 3x more product than I actually needed. When I found out I didn't need so much, they (including the manager) refused to take a return on the extra. To the owner, since I see you comment on every review: The extra wasn't even a large dollar amount compared to my total order. And I was likely to spend much more at Brock White in the future (not my first time spending money there either). Now I definitely will not be returning. Your lost future business is definitely greater than whatever cost you may have had to incur by taking a return. That's the result of poor customer service.

Thanks to the staff of Brock white for their Professionalism and fantastic knowledge of products. Great overall experience and I look forward to working with them again. Highly recommended.
