Eco Choice Carpet Cleaning

Top notch service provided by top notch people. Eco choice has cleaned the carpets in our home three separate times, and each time we are beyond satisfied. Very personable owners who take great pride in customer service and the work provided. We have small children who are not easy on our carpet (stains etc.). Eco Choice makes our carpet look like new after every time they visit. Can not recommend them highly enough!

They were able to fit the time and date I needed into their busy schedule (first day of the month, moving day). Professional, knowledgeable (needed touch stains dealt with), efficient (started work precisely on time) and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

We called them to come and clean some white chairs that were really dirty. Not only did the chairs come out like new they also did a couch and a couple more things while they were here. They did a wonderful job of all the items. They were quick and reasonable also very nice couple:). I would definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for a great job:)

1 word : careless. I have to give 1 star for my experience and mostly for the result of work done by this company. Even though I must say they were prompt answering the phone and accommodating the cleaning date, nothing was pleasant after that. They did arrive on time and they ended up leaving at the same swing too. When the lady came to me 15 minutes later (doing 2 rooms) they were all packed up. She only wanted to present me the invoice was not even interested in showing the carpet. Once I checked on it I noticed stains. I pointed it and I was hoping she would go over it again but she just took a spray bottle and just sprayed on it.(as they were all packed, right?!) I had used 5-7 different companies in my life (in different countries too) they are all different. This for sure is dryer which I love, but they just simply did not do the job with care, patience and with time. I have had similar companies with same method and there are plenty of businesses who care greatly about their customers and mostly the end result. Here on the other hand I can most certainly say, my absolute take away was : come into the job, be done with the job as soon as possible, collect money. Any eagerness or passion about actually cleaning carpet is not in the focus. So after my shock, I was mad all day as those marks did not disappear, and other spots were coming up. There were no spot treatments and lot of cutting corners :/ absolutely not throughout job. But really nothing really hurts that much that the person was basically not interested in showing the job and if me as a valued customer liked it or not. And when I express a concerns she just sprayed on it.. (oh and not mentioning the harresmment for hours (through texts and phone calls) to pay the invoice that I paid the same day. Unprofessional.
