Horrible customer service.
Had a coat that needed the zipper replaced. She said it would be done within the 4 day deadline i had for work. I did not recieve a call on the fourth day. I left for work out of town. I just got a call that it was ready for pickup last week. It was done a week after dropoff but they didnt seem to care to call.
It was dropped off in January. Its not may.
They refuse to compensate in anyway and believe they shouldnt have to call clients when there items are ready.
The people i talked to where very rude and condescending.
I would never suggest them to anyone for anything.
Lousy Cleaners - Ruined shirts of mine on two non-consecutive seperate occasions I made use of their services - Did nothing to recity the damage they caused.
