Brian was great. He initially came by just to look at the condition of our floor and leave us an estimate. However after testing a couple of products, he figured out how to get our flooring back into orginal condition , and with the reasonable estimate he provided, I gave Brian the go ahead and he did the floor that same day. The floor looks great again. And I like that he kind of gave me the science behind the products he was using and tips on how to keep our ceramic floor looking great so that we won't have the same problem again.
