Brian was great. He initially came by just to look at the condition of our floor and leave us an estimate. However after testing a couple of products, he figured out how to get our flooring back into orginal condition , and with the reasonable estimate he provided, I gave Brian the go ahead and he did the floor that same day.
The floor looks great again. And I like that he kind of gave me the science behind the products he was using and tips on how to keep our ceramic floor looking great so that we won't have the same problem again.

I first found out about Mike and First Class Carpet Care when looking for a reputable and reasonably priced carpet cleaning company for our church. Mike came highly recommended by another local church.
Mike was quick to respond and provide the best priced quote of the three companies we sourced. He did the work on the day he committed to and the work was done professionally and thoroughly. We were more than pleased with the results and the price.
Coincidentally, I also needed to arrange carpet cleaning for a condo I manage. Mike came over right away to give an quote and was able to fit the job in the next day.
