I used to think purolator was the worst until today. Useless customer service who had zero knowledge of anything to do with their shipping. We will be watching very closely to ensure we NEVER have to use them again. 1.2 star average is to good for this company. Zero responsibility, zero knowledge, zero care.
Lost my package and wouldn't get back to amazon about its location. Had to get refunded and reorder my package due to negligence. Highly recommend not using this service.
