Tim's staff work hard and are pleasant to deal with. Sometimes they make mistakes, but we all do. The company controlling Tim's is another matter. In the early spring they decided they would change the rewards card requirements to obtain free coffee etc.. They decided you had to register on their site, give them a bunch of information if you wanted to get rewards after 7 purchases. If you didn't want to register you could still use the rewards card but had to do more purchases, I believe 12 to get something free. Just recently we were told by the people at the drive- through we had to now register on their as site to collect for rewards, with no notification from the company itself. Just typical of multi-national companies. We visit Tim's less now than we did.

Worst service in Springhill and haven't a clue how to make a simple BLT on white. Ask if you want cheese. No you answer. You get it anyway. And egg too, for good measure. If you're lucky, they put it on a whole wheat bun. And try to explain it away because there's another BLT with egg & cheese - which I didn't order, not even close. This happens on a regular basis. No more.

i get the wrong order more times than not... most of the time less than what i paid for... some of the workers give a weird vibe like they did something to the food or something, which had me literally throw out the food. id suggest having this place investigated privately and shape it up so we can get some solid customer service.

Sitting in the line up for drive thru for 20 minutes and 10 of that was at the window watching workers do anything but what I ordered
